Growing up I've learned that we don't look, think and act very differently, but we all do things in our own wild, weird and wonderful ways, and all for very different reasons. Some do, act and think without any thought, while others think far ahead of the potential short, and long term consequences of such actions.

This blog was originally created in July 2016 to share my tips and experiences battling against a painful, progressive incurable disease called Ankylosing Spondylitis. Since then, it has been naturally evolving.

To share experiences and knowledge regarding the latest news, and scientific discoveries. 

How the 'right' nutrition and 'correct' exercises can help the body and the brain deal with problems, illness and diseases. 

Including my life's experiences, the observations of others life-styles, and stories they have shared along the way.

I study this subject endlessly to try and discover the truths about the food we eat, and how It effects the body and mind. How our genes, lifestyle, thought processes, among many other factors can be a direct link to our overall health and its direct effect on others.

I observe strangers. See who they are, how they live, what they put in their shopping basket. Observing people I know, ask what problems they have, any medication they're on, including any training or exercises they do, and of course, what they eat.

watch Webinars. Videos on YouTube. Read online documents and forum posts. I watch and listen to all the food and nutrition documentaries on television and radio. Reading published government, universities, and independent UK, and USA clinical trials results. 

Listening to the revelations of former Pharmaceutical employees, and Doctors turned Whistle-blowers who expose the dark practices within their industry.

I read the occasional news paper, book and magazine. I listen to scientists, university lecturers, nutrition experts, rheumatologists, physicians, toxicologists and pathologists to establish how the things we do, and what we consume will affect the mind and body. 

All were adamant that specific foods, vitamins, proteins, minerals, no stress, and exercise are fundamentally needed by the body for a long and healthy life. 
The correct nutrition and exercises can potentially cure, reverse, and repair the majority of health problems people have including cancers.

I never take anything at face value. Any information I hear is stored in my mind like jigsaw piece. The more I 'hear' of any subject, the bigger and clearer the picture becomes. 
I'm observant, I never exaggerate. 
I know there's a line between informing and scaremongering. 
From multiple sources, including television & radio documentaries and programmes, to the rare newspaper story. Life-changing, and potentially life-saving information I hope others find just as fascinating, frightening and exciting as I do.
Recommended dose - at least one visit per day.

If anything interests you, use the source in question to acquire further information or help. Search for radio pod-casts for repeat shows. Missed TV programmes are usually available to view again online via catch-up TV.

A lot of effort goes into each post, so I try to be as brief, but informative as possible to save your time.
I may not write as eloquently and professionally as most, but that won't stop me from blogging, and I hope doesn't stop you from reading. What does stop 'me unfortunately is having to exercise and  / or keeping moving preferably, not typing or staring directly at a screen. Bottom-line, I'm fighting an incurable, painful, progressive disease called Ankylosing Spondylitis.
